Today, they fixed a puncture on my wife's bike in 10 minutes flat (excuse the pun). We have used them often and they're always helpful and knowledgeable in a direct no nonsense way (which we like)

Didn't find the guy very helpful. Wanted to buy a bike for my daughter that was not pink or garish purple. I asked about a black one he had and he told me that it was a boys!! Really, I didn't think black was gender specific. He advised me to go to Halfords (which is just down the road). I found a bike in Halfords not in any cheap garish girl colours for half the price and a helpful assistant.
