Generally a good experience although sometimes slow when not many staff on. On this occasion though, the duty manager was very abrupt and made my wife and i feel like second class citizens. Hopefully the regional manager has now been informed and will deal with the issue appropriately. However, my wife and i will not be shopping at Argos in the future.
Staff always helpful and polite, would miss this store.
This store is amazing from g Attwells
Pre-orded product was told by text message was in store and ready to be collected . I used my brake from work about 30 mins after I received the message to then be told by a rude member of staff that I wasn't there and that I had to return 2 hrs later or the next day. I showed him the text I had received to which he shrugged his shoulders. I took my business elsewhere and will do from now on .
Helpful staff. Usually not have to wait for a long time to collect purchases
