My partner has been getting iller and iller over the past year seen 3 different doctors to man times to count , they have ignored all his symptoms , fobbed him of even though he is getting worse , Dr today was rude and basically called us liars , am thinking of getting a surgery complaint form , he knows his body you just need to look at him a year ago to tell something is wrong
SHAMBLES... cant believe this practise is still open.. useless admin. cant book appointment's, been informed to contact them to book a appointment within 12 hrs.. been in position 1 for 23 mins... 111 told me to contact forton... got better luck winning the lotto...
Would give 0 stars if I could. Left this practice after using the services my entire life due to the lack of concern, waiting times and never being able to see a doctor. I have since moved to a non willow group practice in gosport. Privatisation is killing the NHS, our health care should never be sold off to the highest bidder for profit.
Rude receptionist, not sure if she was trained as a Rottweiler or what. Manners cost nothing.
Absolute shambles. A family member has been waiting on a prescription for nearly a month with over 4 phone calls and 2 visits to try an rectify the issue. The idiot at the counter seemed totally aghast that i asked her to actually look into it and do her job. If you can use another surgery outside this shambolic willow group i suggest you do.
