Have come to use Gregg's more. They do have the delicious unhealthy food of old but they also cater for slightly healthier. I prefer Gregg's to Subway

Greggs produces some of the best patisseries in the high street, their sandwiches are fresh, Baguettes are soft but crisp and they offer reasonable value for money but they do have a slightly peculiar habit of asking if you are "eating in" when there are clearly no tables in the store.
