The millionaire shortbread is one of the best Ive had. Lovely decor and food is excellent with great presentation! Would definitely recommend
Lovely cafe. Nice staff. Reasonable menu.
The bunch of flowers in the vase on the table were covered in small black bugs. they had travelled all over the salt and pepper pots, and were crawling over the wall next to our seats. it was so offputting and generally unacceptable. all of the condiments were covered in grime, and the toilets in the cafe were filthy. when you touched the sink you found grime all over your hands. The general crockery was clearly old and dirty. All in all, the cafe was extremely vile, completely covered in dirt and bugs. they should not be allowed to serve food, disgusting.
I normally drop in here for lunch normally it is a lovely friendly place the young man working is so hard working today 2 dec 17 my daughter and I went in there was a lady working and oh my goodness she was so unsociable although nagging in her own language he whole attitude told everyone she was having a major go at the young man he was serving tables, cleaning tables, taking orders, delivering food, making drinks taking drinks to tables, while she washed a few dishes and eat, in the end I informed her that this kind of behaviour in front of paying customers was totally unacceptable and she was a bully., poor bloke was red in the face and harassed by her constant nagging he never stopped working. We felt so sorry for him, if she was to do half the work I witnessed him doing today and every time we visit thing would run more smoothly .
