Visited on a Friday lunchtime. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The food was amazing and the place has a really nice ambience. Would definitely recommend!
Trendy bar set in a old naval storehouse situated in a great location. Friendly bar staff and good selection of drinks.
Ok food and nice place. Had a problem with chair collapsing and actually was very sore next day with a stiff back and cut on ankle . No manager on duty so waitress did best to assist. I'm not a big heavy person and apparantly chairs were being thrown about the night before so I suppose no one had the opportunity to check any of them.Was offered a free round of drinks but our friends insisted on paying. We will return next year and I will test the chair out first
Average food in an interesting premises. Usually slow service regardless of the time. Their own brand ale is worth avoiding.
After a disappointing experience a while ago I was reluctant to eat here but we went a couple of weeks ago and loved it again. Four of us ate and the food was great. The guys behind the bar were lovely and polite. One of the ladies showed us the gin joint upstairs and its looked great. We will definitely be back. It's also a beautiful building and a lovely surrounding for drinks as well as being a great place to enjoy drinks outside on a nice day.
