I am a single mother with disabilities and i Bought a Peugeot 206 from these people a while ago and didn't get told the central locking didn't work it was the bsi commandment system was shot! they just slighted it on the paperwork once everything was done and was going to cost me 700 to fix!, it's always in the garage still to this day. When I phoned up to complain I got just abuse back aswell as my sister when she phoned. Says it had a service history on the paperwork but yet no proof also found out the car had never once in 15yrs had a service! So was in a really bad way! they did offer to take the stuff from another car same as mine to have it fitted but wanted to charge me for this to be done. (couldn't just take parts from another car as it was bsi commandment system and needed to be done with a Peugeot dealer). And even then heard nothing back from them, and its been a year nearly. No apologies for selling a dodge car no offer to take it back or to even pay for it to be fixed and that was all in the first week of purchasing this car! Will never buy from them again and advice others to steer clear aswell!
I get my MOT and service done regularly here. They know my vehicle well having sold it to me in the first place and ensure I understand any work that needs to be done. I am not pressured to agree to unnecessary work and all repairs are effective and reasonably priced.
