If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately this isn't an option.I visited webuyanycar to obtain a quote, my car was thoroughly checked over exterior, interior and dashboard and I was told the figure I would receive. I rebooked an appointment 1 week later to actually sell my car and at this point a different member of staff relooked over the car and wanted to deduct a further circa 600 for things the previous member of staff had 'missed'.Further to this, my car required a settlement figure to be sent from webuyanycar to the finance company I had my car through. All paperwork was signed and a 25 fee was taken to ensure the funds would be sent to the finance company next working day, to guarantee the payment due in 3 days would be covered. However on the day of the final payment a very large sum was taken from my bank by the finance company as webuyanycar had not informed them nor carried out the correct procedure to pay the funds to the finance company. This resulted in a lot of stress and incurring bank charges. Whilst all of this way happening the worst part was the customer service received from the member of staff at the Gosport branch who was less than helpful. He has absolutely no explanation for any of the above which made him look like he had just been brought in off the street with no training to undertake this role. The member of staff could also only provide me with an email address at the distressing time of trying to recoup the large sum of money taken from my account and told me that there was absolutely no telephone number for complaints/customer service and that his manager would not accept a call from the public.I am thoroughly disappointed and appalled with the service received and will not be using nor recommending this service to anybody in the future.
Got more money from WBAC than the scrapie was offering. Result.
